Online: Log into our membership portal using the same username and password as the mobile app. You can suspend or cancel your membership, update billing information, and more.
Please Note: All memberships automatically renew at the end of the selected term based on the original purchase date. Monthly payments are charged on that same date. Memberships will continue unless canceled by the member prior to the renewal date. For assistance with cancellations or suspensions, please text 844.799.0160.
Our General Manager, Jacob Alborg (jacob.alborg@shoot360pittsburgh.com) and his staff are ready to assist you during your first visit. Ask a Shoot 360 staff member to complete your height calibration. This will allow the system to more precisely track and record your shots.
